V. Reagan - Mt Pleasant

I first met Niki to discuss ideas for improving my outdoor landscape. When she came by the house, we took a look at the existing deck, which was clearly worn out and needed to be removed. Honestly, I didn’t have a solid vision for what I wanted, so I handed the reins over to her.

A few days later, she returned with 3D renderings of several design concepts. I was blown away. The visualizations were incredibly detailed—they brought the entire backyard to life on the screen. Each design featured vibrant plants and flowers that looked like they belonged in a magazine. But what really stood out was a surprise she included: a putting green. She had noticed my golf clubs in the garage and ran with the idea, offering multiple putting green layouts, each beautifully integrated with flowers and thoughtful landscaping.

The end result is beyond anything I could have imagined. I now have a professional grade putting area in my backyard that’s both functional and relaxing. Whether I’m putting or just hanging out with friends, it’s become one of my favorite places to be. I even mounted a TV out there so I can enjoy the view she created while watching a movie, catching a game with friends, or simply sitting out and relaxing.
